Hello Everyone,

Need some help!

Issue: When i try to open Panorama WebUI, I am seeing this error "Critical processes (configd) are down. Please try again later." 

any troubleshooting steps available to fix this one?

A Ok ok, and try to restart the especific process:

 

debug software restart process configd

 

Or, if you can, reboot Panorama. Pan OS 9.1.X ? or 10.0.X or 10.1.X ? If is PAN 10.0 or 10.1 restart debug software restart process device-server

Hello @SKS7 

 

Look for a maintenance window, and restart the management server service. It will close the active sessions, wait a few minutes and reconnect via Web-Gui and/or SSH.

 

debug software restart process management-server

show system resources | match mgmt ( To check that the service is active )

I have tried the reset management server but still no luck.

This seems like a bug that causes crashes or/and memory leaks and till it is fixed maybe you can run a script using tools like Ansible or XSOAR to periodically restart the process or the managment plane:
