Verify Commit Failure Reason on Prisma Access Firewall

Question

How do I check the reason for commit failure on Prisma Access firewall?

Answer

• Go to the status page of Prisma Access
  

• Click the "Monitor" tab and choose "Remote Networks" then click the Notification icon
  

• Click on "Validation error" for the tunnel of interest
  

• Commit failure status

You can login to Panorama CLI and there you can run the command 

Show jobs all
You will get a Job ID 
then run the command 
show jobs Id <jobs ID>
there you can check the reason

additionally if the commit is failing on  any node such as Gateway or Portal 
you have to open a ticket with the TAC team to get more information about the failure
they can check with the backend tools and tell you the exact reason why it is failing
