what to do when you get the error below
The network connection is unreachable or the gateway is unresponsive. Check the network connection and reconnect.

Two suggestions:
- If you check the globalprotect logs in Panorama (under monitor) or Strata Cloud Manager (under log viewer), can you see any helpful logs for the specific user that is encountering an issue?
- If you go to GlobalProtect settings (on the application)> Troubleshooting> Collect logs
Extract the file and review the latest PANGPS logs. They may help indicate the reason behind the error message.
