Prisma Access Mobile user enforcement for mac-os

Hi expert,

Any one implemented the prisma access enforcement for mobile users GP, Looks it works for windows PC but not not working well for Mac-OS.

Any idea?

You have not provided enough info what does not work as if the agent is installed and connected to Prisma Access this should work. Do you use host detection (HIP) to see what is the host  Windows or Mac to have different rules ?
