There isn't a "button" on the Applipedia page itself, but there are two official ways to get this updated:
- Open a "New App-ID" or "App-ID Change" Request The most effective way is to open a case via the Palo Alto Networks Customer Support Portal (CSP).
- Use the "Request an App-ID" Form (mainly used for new apps tho) If you don't want to open a full support ticket, you can use the dedicated App-ID Request Form. This goes directly to the product team responsible for Applipedia updates.
Pro-Tip (The Quick Fix): While waiting for the official update, you can create an Application Override Policy. This allows you to manually tell your firewall that traffic on port 6173 is indeed "veeam," preventing it from being blocked or identified as "unknown-tcp" in the meantime.
