Initially I thought this was the Hostname everyone in the reddit post and you as well are talking about.
System Settings -> Sharing -> Hostname
And Yes, I have indeed checked that and update as well just in case.
Currently this is my local hostname: EmployerM3Pro14
But changing this didn't work.
BUT just now I saw that there is another result in the settings search.
Which is System Settings -> About -> Name
Which had "-" (dash) characters previously.
I didn't see it initially,
but now updated it by double clicking and removing dashes.
Restarted my device.
And now it works.
Thank you for the hint.
It was such a hassle to find this.
Application should be able to identify cases like this and at least notify users if this is an issue when installing or connecting to a network.
