Hello community,
I have this issue with IOT devices. The "Utilization" tab in device details is not present for those
devices that the Model and Serial Number are missing, no matter if the device is currently in use or not, its status or the
OS.
All these devices were added almost three months ago, and they are working fine, data is present.
Is just the "Utilization" tab that is missing. I have also tried adding the serial manually, but it doesn't help.
It seems to me a limitation or some devices are not fully compatible.
I couldn't find anything about this. Do you have any idea of what the reason could be?
