Commit issue

Hi Team, 

I am using the VM-series FWs in Azure cloud, while commit I am receiving the following error. 

I am trying to change the DNS servers for the VM-series FW, as its not resolving the "updates.paloaltonetworks.com"

After changing the DNS server & commit error received,

Error while on GUI

"Commit job was not queued since auto-commit not yet finished successfully. Please use "commit force" to schedule commit job"

Next, I tried in CLI, received the following error 

"Error: application 'tettra-base' not found
(Module: device)
client useridd phase 1 failure
Commit failed
[edit]"

Please suggest ,,,

Hi @Yuvaraj.Karvekar ,

As per info, auto-commit were not completed due to that you were seen the issue. You may try with commit force in CLI to initiate the commit.

Regarding the error, you can try with installing latest dynamic update and then you can try again to commit to fix the issue.
