Error Access to AIOPS for NGFW Apps

Good Morning,

 

We have activated AIOPS for NGFW Apps and normally onboarding about 2 weeks ago.

Yesterday I have an error when access to AIOPS for NGFW dashboard, the message is 'Unable to retrieve regional info. Please navigate to this application from the Application Hub to continue.'

I have already followed that step, but if I want to enter the hub still show error message.

Sorry, I miss input the cortext data lake from AIOps for NGFW form.

Now I already added that and the apps working normally.
