Filtering by device group

L2 Linker

We run a multi-tenant panorama and have several unrelated accounts reporting alerts

Could we request a feature to be added for filtering different device groups (currently called "Locations") so that only the selected device groups can be shown?

Ideally a global filter so not just security group alerts but also application and threat data

Hello @PRyncevic,

I saw your post and have a recommendation for you.

As you requesting a feature in the AIOps app, please contact your SE so that they will help you in that.

SE -> sending to Palo support

Palo support -> telling you to use live community

Live community -> contact your SE

Hi @PRyncevic - Apologies for the go-around. In general the support team does not handle feature requests, they redirect them to others, such as me, in Product Management via an SE who knows how to get in touch with me.

Question - On the health alerts side, as well, do only care for the devices in your DG matter to you?
