firewall telemetry disabled

Just turned up AIOps free and have my devices, panorama and firewalls, added to the AIOps device inventory. Panorama is sending telemetry data however my firewalls are not. I've configured my firewalls' templates to send telemetry data, which includes threat prevention, device health and performance, and product usage, as well as the region. Still, the AIOps device inventory is showing telemetry data status disabled. Is the Panorama template configuration sufficient to complete the firewall telemetry config?

Try to restart management server process on firewall.
