One of our FWs (PA-220, 10.1.6) suddenly stopped showing OK on the AIops portal: telemetry collection is disabled, last telemetry update stuck on about 2 weeks ago. On the FW side everything looks OK: telemetry data is successfully sent. I've tried to disable/enable telemetry on the FW, offboard/onboard the FW in AIops - all to no avail. TAC concluded it's AIops issue. Any help would be much appreciated, thanks.
