Ignite '19 Europe

Ignite '19 Europe is over and we left Barcelona, Spain with great memories, new connections, and the promise of continuing conversations on LIVEcommunity.

Our theme hasn't changed over the years and we still have many people participating: #GotQuestions? #GetAnswers!

It's all about how LIVEcommunity can help users get information and the answers they need to be successful with Palo Alto Networks. The power of LIVEcommunity was visible from when the expo hall opened on Wednesday, November 13th to when it closed on Friday, November 15th. Attendees came to the booth up to the last minute to ask their questions, answer questions, or just chat with fellow cybersecurity enthusiasts.

The LIVEcommunity team was there in person and in spirit!

LIVEcommunity was present in a big way at Ignite '19 Europe. For those of you who came to our booth, we hope you got to meet Kim Wens (@kiwi), Sr. Solutions Engineer. Although not present at the booth, fellow Sr. Solutions Engineers Tom Piens (@reaper) and Joe Delio (@jdelio) were there in spirit and were working in the background to provide answers to some of your questions! Let's not forget that our Director of Online Customer Experience, Gina Hancher (@Retired Member) and the LIVEcommunity manager, Veronica Jowers (@vjowers) were also present to talk about LIVEcommunity and how it can help you!

Questions were asked, answers were provided, and goodies given

Many people came by our booth and asked their questions, while others came by to answer those questions and get some swag as a reward! Some people just came by to say hi or to learn about LIVEcommunity, FUEL User Group, and Beacon. Personally, I think our super fashionable socks were the main reason people came by the booth. The crowd was going wild over these! Our TSA approved travel kits were also very popular!
