Hello All,
We are trying to upgrade the agent version from 7.5 to 7.8 for all our devices. Right now we are testing phase and the agent seems to be failing on few devices when we did it from Console.
We did stopped services from CMD on affected machine,
deleted all contents of upgrade and started all services and retry from console as a part of troubleshooting step. it did not work either.
Same MSI is working if we do a manual upgrade of the agent.
Does anyone experienced similar behavior and any resolution steps that are done to prevent this from happening.

Can you help us with more information whether the failure rate is very high on endpoints or is it for some specific set of endpoints?
Do you see an issue on upgrade from 7.5 to 7.8 or upgrade form 7.5 to other versions as well.
In order to investigate further, we would require agent logs to be sent to TAC/Engineering to find the root cause of the issue.
As a preventative step, the recommendation can be to disable tamper protection on the agent and try pushing the latest 7.8 package for the same.
