We have resolved some alerts in Cortex XDR by adding the initiator path to allow list of specific policy but those alerts are not visible in the Cortex XDR alerts console anymore and neither in the management logs.

Can you elaborate a bit on your question?
What was the alarm?
What this alarm related to an incident?
What actually did you do?
By "resolve alert" do you mean you changes alert status or incident status?
Where are you searching for the alert?
What admin role is your console user assigned? Is it custom defined role, or predefined?
I just test and I can confirm that:
- If you change Alert Status, it will remain visible in Alert Table (Incident Response -> Incidents -> Alert Table)
- If you change Alert Status, Management Audit logs will be generated
