Hello!

 

what does that operational status mean and how do I get it to fully protected? Is this OS supported?

The Ubuntu 24 distro is not yet supported, so it will not be fully funcitional. Take a look at the support matrix for Linux: https://docs-cortex.paloaltonetworks.com/r/Cortex-XDR/Cortex-XDR-Compatibility-Matrix/Linux

And keep in Bookmarks the Supported Kernels doc which gets updated on every content update: https://docs-cortex.paloaltonetworks.com/r/Cortex-XDR/Linux-Kernel-Versions/Latest-Kernel-Module-Ver...
