Hi all the Cortex MCP Server download under Settings → Configurations shows on commercial tenants but is missing entirely on our FedRAMP / Federal tenant (not a permissions issue). Is it on the roadmap for Federal environments, and is there an expected timeline for rollout? Thanks!

The absence of the download option under Settings → Configurations in your Federal tenant is expected due to the following reasons:
The primary reasons the MCP Server is not yet available in FedRAMP environments include:
At this time, there is no publicly available timeline for when the Agentic AI framework or Cortex MCP Server will become available in Federal tenants.
For the latest roadmap information and availability updates specific to your environment, we recommend contacting your Palo Alto Networks Account Team or Sales Engineer/Solution consultant.
