XDR Prevent to Pro

Does anyone even use Prevent anymore besides us? 😋

 

Our budget's been approved to hopefully upgrade our license structure to Pro during Q1 of next year. Does anyone have any recommendations / tips / suggestions or whatnot to make this migration a success?

 

We're supposed to get some assistance from our marketing and P.A. engineering team which will help but I just wanted to see if there was anything else I could do in the meantime.

Migration from Prevent to Pro is going to be seamless experience. At the most you will need to update your policies with pro capabilities and can activate new features that comes with Pro license. Palo Alto team will help you with migration and they will answer all your questions.

Migration from Prevent to Pro is going to be seamless experience. At the most you will need to update your policies with pro capabilities and can activate new features that comes with Pro license. Palo Alto team will help you with migration and they will answer all your questions. 

Thanks for the feedback. I assumed it'd be a somewhat easy process since no new agents would need to be deployed. Glad to hear that though from someone else.

 

I'm pretty excited the upgrade was approved. Just need to work on the migration process with P.A.
