Hello, I have signed up for the community edition, however I have never received the download URL. Also, I signed up for the DFIR, but cannot access the slack, as the link is expired when sent.

Hi @loyglenn, You need to use a work email. Requests for other email provider are dropped.

Hey @jfernandes1 The link I receive through the login doesn't work - it always says "link no longer active".. any solutions?
