Hi all,
I have a multi-tenant production and i have created a host but this host doesn't appear in the hosts in the main account.
How can i fix this problem?

Hi,
Can you check if the host has access to the XSOAR main account and if the Main server is able to reach the host as well.
If may be there is a proxy in host or the Main servers host name was not reachable.
If you have validated the connections are fine and this is still happening, I recommend to create a support case.
