xSOAR - Incident Search Syntax that doenst include incidents which triggered in the last 15 minutes

Hey all!

I'm running a report daily which shows incidents that are still active. The idea is that we'll catch incidents that might have fallen through the cracks somehow.

It works well for the most part, but it shows incidents that analysts are still working on in that moment.

Is there a way to only show results beyond 15 or 30 minutes?

Hi @Bojan-Totic , You could try a search query like this created:<="15 minutes ago". Let me know if this helps.
