SecondWatch Program Not Found

I tried to go and register or what not for the SecondWatch program, but I cannot find anything saying how to do it. Additionally, I tried to email [email protected] but all I get is a Mail Delivery Failure. Does this program even exist anymore for veterans? SASE Associates - Troubles

Hey guys! I am new to IT and just obtained my CCNA. I would like to next obtain my SASE Associates from PALO but I am not attached to a company. Registering for BEACON without a company is proving rather difficult. Anyone do this yet? Or have some tips? Thanks!
