Hi,
For the last 24 hours, we are getting WF communication failed and success notifications. Is there any general issue ? is there something I need to check from my side? the ESM version is 4.2.5.41461.

Hi Dnd4ever,
There was a general issue with US cloud based wildfire, so I configured the ESM to communicate with EU cloud based wildfire. below is the url:

You can check the status of WildFire (as well as other Palo Alto Networks services) by region here: https://status.paloaltonetworks.com/
If you see no report issues, you should log an incident with Support.
