Expedition is not saving any change for Template Stack

I have brought in to expedition the running panorama configuration . I am trying to update a template stack which is missing template .I can't add even a description , let alone the template to the stack. I have another stack which is empty no members.

I keep getting the error Expedition is not saving any change for Template Stack

can you describe in detail the specific setting or configuraation in the template stack you are making that is not saving.
