Pulling Panorama Config - Remote Exception

I'm trying to connect to a VM Panorama to retrieve the configuration, but am getting a remote exception error (see screenshot)

 

Expedition Version: 1.1.89

Hi @tcasw86 please try below steps :

 

1. Verify memory is at least 8GB and upgrade your expedition to v1.1.98 

2. Delete the panorama from the device tab and re-add it in.

3. Make sure the account you use to retrieve api-key has an administrator role on permission for xml-api in panorama. 

4. Make sure expedition is allowed to connect to panorama via tcp port 443
