Stuck on "CSV logs processed. Generating summary"

L1 Bithead

Good afternoon,

After using (and exporting) data since december last year without any problem, now we're getting this "CSV logs processed. Generating summary" message, which doesn't let us to process any more logs.

Any idea on what to do to keep feeding our ML?

Thank you in advance

After updating today to newer version, Internal checks showed hung jobs that were stuck, after remediating it, everything seems to be working fine again.

Thank you for your support.

This issue is being looked into. I will create a workaround document to clear this issue.

Good afternoon,

I'll wait until this workaround document is live.

Thank you in advance.

Good morning,

We've updated Expedition to version 1.1.21, but still facing same issue.

How's it going with the workaround?

Thank you.

Could we get in contact via fwmigrate at paloaltonetworks.com?

I would like to diagnose some task states to make sure that the corrections are taken place.

This is even happeining on version 1.1.23 with Spark 0.1.1 and Best Practices 3.6.3.  Hopefully there is a fix soon.
