500 Internal Server Error | Panorama

L3 Networker

Hi Team,

We are having Panorama running on 10.1.3 and recently some times we are facing issue while taking GUI access to the firewall and we are getting the error "500 Internal Server Error" on the browser.

We are not able to access the the Panorama for some time via GUI but the panorama CLI is accessible and checked the process running on the firewall and could see that all the process are running without any issue during the issue time period.

After rebooting the Panorama the issue does not repeats itself for some months but after few months the issue repeats itself.

@Cooper69,

There's quite a few memory leaks addressed in 10.1.4 and 10.1.5. If you have a way to validate a release prior to it hitting preferred status, I would highly recommend installing 10.1.5-h1, otherwise 10.1.4-h4 is the current recommended release for PAN-OS 10.1
