As a general rule you need to pose this type of question to your Sales Engineer assigned to your account. Palo Alto has a policy of never stating road map or future technology support in public statements.
If I were to take an educated guess, I'd say no. ACI is a very proprietary Cisco implementation of SDN. I don't see any other vendors moving to directly support this and I would not expect Palo Alto to do so either.
Palo Alto is making a significant investment and push to integrate into the VMware NSX automation structure. I expect their SDN support and resources to focus on this for the foreseeable future.
