Hello all,
Our customer is using PA-3060, and we upgraded the OS on June 19. (8.1.x -> 9.1.x)
Although the CPU may go up due to OS upgrades, according to them, device that used to use cpu at 40-50% but it is maintained at 60-70% and sometimes cpu usage goes up to 100% after Os upgrade.
In addition, three days have passed, but the symptoms still persist.
If OS upgrade to 8.1.x -> 9.1.x for PA-3060, is there any case or related information regarding cpu usage increase?
Is there anything I can try other than applying DSRI/override as a way to reduce the increase in Cpu?
Thanks

Hello @JoHyeonJae
I experienced this issue in the past when I upgraded from 8.1 to earlier releases of 9.1 by hitting this bug: PAN-152106. Below is detailed KB:

If possible could you share to what version the customer upgraded to and what process seems causing this issue?
Kind Regards
Pavel

Hello,
Thank you for your responses.
This issue was a memory leak related bug that occurred in 9.1.12-h3, which was fixed in 9.1.13.
