Hi, user registered sometime in UserID-Agent and sometime they dont, randomly...We have installe another UserID agent but the result its the same.
we run show user ip-user-mapping all and we dont see any user, but if we run show user ip-user-mapping-mp all we see all the user. where the users should appear, in dataplane or management plane???
They are using a captive portal.
PanOS is 5.0.8

Hi,
Your device uptime isn't by any chance +388 days of uptime ?
There was an issue on older PAN-OS versions where username mapping were lost on the DP after approximately 388 of uptime. This was solved in newer OS versions (5.0.14 and 6.0.4 as per release notes).
Eitherway even if you are hitting a different issue I would recommend upgrading to a more recent OS version seeing that your current one is 2 years old.
