The best approach is probably to start with general cybersecurity fundamentals before diving into specific vendor products.
Well known certifications in that area are Comptia Security+ or ISC² Certified in Cybersecurity (CC).
If you're looking for PAN specific certifications then Palo Alto Networks Certified Cybersecurity Apprentice would be the certification track for beginners.
If you're not looking to become certified but just learn about cybersecurity you can take any of the digital courses available on Palo Alto Networks Learning Center:
