Bug Search Tool

L0 Member

Hi all,

I've created a tool, that you might find helpful.

It can be tedious to search for specific bugs, or when a bug have been addressed. This tool gathers all known and addressed issues from all (not EoL) releases and makes it easier to filter through.

Currently only supports PAN-OS.

Bear in mind, that it's a work in progress.

I would love for Palo Alto to implement something similar on their own website.

Feedback appreciated.

Check it out here: https://bugidsearch.com/

Hi @KasperTjellesen ,

Thanks for your contribution !

As you mentioned you'll find the same information on the Known Issues or Addressed Issues pages albeit separated per PAN-OS release page.

I like how the page updates automatically as you start typing in your search query.

Kind regards,

-Kim.

Hi Kim,

Thank you for your feedback!

I would love for Palo Alto to deliver something similar, to make the searching in both IDs, description etc. A lot faster and easier.

I will keep developing on this tool until we see something from PANs side, and add GP and Prisma next.

I did the search function with JavaScript using EventListeners.
