L3 Networker

Hi  everyone!

Greetings to all. I was just curious since I've been seeing traffic logs packets which are Gb's and Tb's in size. I am not sure if this is a wrong display but I am pretty sure there was no such traffic in my network.

I am currently running PANOS 10.1.8

Is this a bug?

Regards,

Renz

Hi @renzanjo11 ,

Can you provide more details ?

Try digging down with ACC to identify the actual source for the traffic and try to isolate it.

Kind regards,

-Kim.

Hi @kiwi ,

Thank you very much. Will dig into this.

But is this really possible? A single traffic with so high in size? In Gb and Tb?

Hi @renzanjo11 ,

I'm not ruling out buggy behavior but it wouldn't be the first time a host on a network gets infected with something nasty and is generating loads of unwanted traffic because of this.

Narrowing down the source of the traffic and then trying to identify the nature of the traffic will give you more information.

Good luck !

Kim.
