Hello,
I have an issue with the USER-ID. The Firewall is running 10.2.6 actually.
We have different users : most of the people are in the AD and others are not.
Default authentication rule : Kerberos browser challenge. What i understood is : If kerberos KO then the default web-form should appear and the user can enter his credentials.
The problem that i m encountering is that when the kerberos is ko for the users which are not belonging to the domain : they are redirected to the captive portal BUT the Authentication sequence seems not working. (we have a particular Authentication sequence for the CP).
I saw nothing in my logs except the kerberos authent and the users have one error message : invalid credentials.
Workaround : i ve created another rule to force the captive portal for these users. (default web form) and then the Authentication sequence is working as expected.).
Someone has an idea why the captive portal isn't working properly after kerberos failed??
I opened a TAC but i m waiting.
