Hello,
Converting from BlueCoat ProxySG's to PAN URL Filtering... Within a BlueCoat environment when you "coach" a user... you can have the Bluecoat use a cookie to tell when next to "coach" the user. This can be cleared by deleting cookies...
Can a person 'clear' the URL Continue Setting for a user causing the user to see the continue page before they are due for it?
Thanks
Art

If I remember it correctly the PA device will map the continue pages to srcip + dsturl combinations and then keep an internal TTL for this (available through some command which I forgot in the CLI).
So you as an admin can clear this TTL for a particular srcip to force it to display the continue page again (or just change the TTL in deviceconfig). If it is available through CLI (and my mind is not playing with me ) you could also setup a script so the users can through a page reset their own cached continue entries (like visit an url where you have a perl script which takes the srcip calling the script and issue a XML-API query towards the PA device with the srcip as input).
