On a traditional firewall (non-Cloud NGFW), you can easily roll back a content update by going to Device → Dynamic Updates, hovering over the previous version, and selecting Revert.
For Cloud NGFW, since it’s delivered as a managed service, those options may not always be available in the UI.
If you don’t see the ability to revert directly, the best approach is to open a support ticket so our team can assist with rolling it back on your behalf.
