Given I am a newbie to Palo, I am running through the PSE Strata Associate training and have seen this statement (or something like it) many times : using intelligence generated across many thousands of customer deployments.
This prompts a few questions:
1. What is being sent from these customer deployments for this analysis to be done ?
2. Is sending this information enabled by default, or does a customer have to explicitly allow this ? If this is enabled by default, how does a customer disable it ?
3. How does Palo anonymize this data, if you do at all ?
4. How would an air-gapped customer be able to take advantage of this intelligence, if at all ?
Cheers,
Scott
