Many thanksfor all your help, the issues is fixed, the problem is i try to doing the commit on the passiv equipment ( we have an Active/passiv instalation)

i reboot the equipment and after i resyncrozing with the activ and is fine now.

When you look at the output of  'show management-clients', it will indicate the process that failed phase 1 with an * next to it. You can then look at that specific process log to determine why its failing the commit.

yes i doing an show management-clients and i found this result :

dhcpd: Management server failed to send phase 1 to client dhcpd

this means i have DHCPD process issues but my DHCP on the firewall is desabled i did not used as dhcp server of get the ip address from an DHCP server all my ip address is static

You can either restart the dhcp process and see if that fixes the issue or look at dhcpd log to see why its failing: tail lines 100 mp-log dhcp.log

keep in mind restarting dhcp process requires root access so best bet is to call into PAN Support or your reseller.     

Also, before restarting, we'd like to understand why so debugging that process would be ideal before a restart is executed.

Is there a way to separately restart the dhcp service (dhcpd)? What is the command for this? I could not find anything in the CLI documentation...

My guess is you need to restart the whole management-server. (debug software restart management-server)
