please help me with how re-establish connection to server i have xdr agents installed on windows endpoints but some agents show no connection to server i have tried cytool runtime stop/start restarting endpoints

Difficult to say what the root cause is with the information provided. Can you check the agent log files for more information ?
Try the connectivity test or reconnect force and check the logs for more information.

I've seen similar issues happen because of a corrupted database (agent_settings.db). Deleting it and restarting the agent could fix it if that's the actual issue. However, before doing anything drastic like that I'd recommend testing the connectivity and going through the agent logfiles to identify the issue first.
