Hi Support,
Good day, i have concern about this system alert DNS Security cloud query timeout. Not sure what to check as if this is normal alert? The dns security cloud connection seems good.

if you look at the time of those log query sytem logs, this does not seem to be an acute issue. I'm seeing similar entries in my logs.
Might be a short delay during the lookup that causes it to time out, the default looup timeout is 100ms, which you could increase if you feel you're seeing too many of these: Device > setup > content-id > realtime signature lookup > DNS Signature Lookup Timeout (ms)
