No idea.  I couldn't find a reference in our database either.

You might have luck opening a support case to have more information.

PA support said, it's a know issue and can be resolved by OS upgrade only.

we have updated OS last week.

I checked the addressed issues in 9.1.1-9.1.3, but couldn't find a matching bug ID.
