error while generating PDF from ACC tab in PA3230

prior to few days ahead we were able to download PDF report from ACC tab in Palo Alto but as of now while downloading the report, i can't download the PDF, it gets stuck.

Does the progress bar finishes while generating report?

Could you try to restart management process: debug software restart process management-server then run the PDF export again?

 

Note: By restarting management process it will through you off from CLI and GUI, but you can re-login again after a minute.

After  running debug software restart management-server/ software restart device-manager, The report generation is ok. A query though, is report generation task resource consuming in PA.

@rajumaharjan,

Report generation is one of the most taxing things you can do from a management aspect. Just keep in mind that on a PA-3200 series taxing the management server doesn't have any effect on your ability to pass traffic, so outside of management tasks it doesn't actually matter.
