Hello,
We currently have a policy set to allow specific authenticated users to utilize Facebook - based on the default "Facebook" application objects (4 of them). We have found one aspect of Facebook that does not work - and that is uploading pictures. When you go to the upload section and attempt to select pictures the "attempt" gets an hour glass or "error on page". The logs show all port 80 traffic with one exception of a tcp 10000 attempt. We tried allowing that port - with no change. Is it possible that the upload feature signature changed in the Facebook application object? One thing that sticks out in the logs is all Facebook navigation is listed under "personal sites and blogs" (in Brightcloud) but the upload section is under "social media". I know the application object is not related to Brightcloud classification - however, wanted to mention. Should I open a formal support ticket to have the Facebook objects verified for picture updating? I have the export of the log session also that can be provided. Thank you.
Cheers,
Mike

Good news. It appears that the upgrade to 3.1 on the PAN device resolved the upload issue. It is now working. We found yesterday that the issue might of been related to javascript not loading properly. But the upgrade to 3.1 today appears to have resolved it. Thanks!
