Failed to email PDF reports

L3 Networker

Hi,

Sometimes scheduled  PDF reports fails to send. I get the message: "failed to get ip for host." It is email server problem or something wrong with configuration? Is any possibility to send scheduled PDF reports on another time or repeat sending?

When the custom reports are marked as Scheduled and under Monitor > Manage Custom Reports and the email scheduler is set to daily or any other value, the reports are generated at around 2:04 AM device time everyday or according to email scheduled setup and sent out to the mail server. There is no way to configure a time when the reports are scheduled to be emailed on daily/weekly/monthly basis.

Hi,

You cannot change this setting.schedule time is configured by default.

you should investigate the error.

Thanks for answers. I will try to connect our email server administrators and investigate the error. Because the error occurs just sometimes.
