Allow for creation of message templates for ALL destination types, not just email.
Would like to customize SQS message and all other messages formats when sending an alert.
Business value:
Allows customers to customize and manage event messages from alert rules to be properly formatted for the customer's use cases/integrations.

ALL feature requests are handled directly through your AE or SE, who will forward to Product Mgmt for review.
This forum would not be the correct one, and I wanted to let you know, so that you were not awaiting for a response/acknowledgement from a PANW employee.

As Steve already mentioned, please reach out to your local SE and have him add the feature request for you or have him add your vote to any existing FR's.
Once you have the FR ID you can spread the word and ask other customers to reach out to their local SE and add their votes as well 😉
