Globalprotect vpn prompting user principal name (upn) instead of domain-name/userid format and not connecting.

 

Client os version: Windows 10 version 21H1 (or 21H2)

 

No changes done on FW...

Changed the PA FW GP authentication profile username attribute to: samaccountname and earlier it was username

viola it worked. Azure AD in backend.

Thanks for response. This was a working setup for a long time and nothing was changed on the PA/GP side.
