Hi, we have a customer with GlobalProtect with MFA from MS Azure. The setup works fine but we are still unable to get rid of a "double login". Not the MFA with a SMS on phone but the regular username/password combo.
Usually it goes like this: 1. Login with username/password. 2. Redirected to the same page. 3. Login with username/passowrd. 4. SMS is then sent to user to login. 5. Successfully authenticated.
We've tried playing around with the cookie settings. Currently what we are using is:
However, the second time I login then you only have to type the username password once. Then you to the SMS part immediately.
Any ideas what could be causing this? Do anyone have any similar experience with Azure MFA + GlobalProtect?
We had a another portal before wihtout MFA and it did not have the issue of having to type in username/password twice.
PA220 box
Software Version: 9.0.8
GlobalProtect Agent: 5.2.6
Users are using the agent.
Thanks

I also tested with this configuration:
Now it should be accepting cookies. But instead I am allowed to bypass the SMS. I am accepted on to the gateway with the client without any SMS from MS Azure.
