https://etm.ru website haven't open

Hi All,

 We have tried to access one Russia URL (https://etm.ru) from our INT-trust and VPN zone while the result is ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROR and have tried with different browser but result is same . We could access through VPN external US gateway ( In our global product we have multiple external gateways) but it wasn't work from rest of the gateway and internal - Trust networks. in VPN all gateway and internal-trust sources hitting on same policy ( Internal to external ) and as per our firewall rule we can access the all external site's from this rule. while monitoring the traffic i could see access log but actually that was not happen from browser so please help me to access the same

Hi @LEDV-TCSNetwork ,

This seems to be an issue with the server.  I'm getting the exact same error from any connection towards this website.  No Palo Alto Networks device involved.

Thanks for your update, but we can access through office LAN (through PA firewall) and as i mentioned one global protect external gateway as well but the issue was only other global protect external  gateway ( both gateway are in same portal)
