The management port on my 1420 FW will not connect to our core switch. This went down last night.
I have tried to log a case, the device serial number shows up but there is not place to select it when trying to open a case.
Is there a Support Phone number that I can call? I have looked every where.

If you can't select the serial number it unfortunately sounds like you have partner support, not support directly through PAN. You'll need to reach out to your ASC to open a support case with this, and if they need PAN's help they'll open a case on your behalf.
