Hide Global Protect redirection

L4 Transporter

Hello team

We have already hidden the global protect pages so that our users can only access through the client, however, we have detected that when we type the ULR or IP in a browser there is an automatic redirect that adds /global-protect/login.esp and we do not want this to be so, because we do not want that from the outside can be seen that behind this URL or IP there is a Global Protect. Any ideas?

Thank you very much

Greetings..,

Hi @Alpalo ,

To clarify, you are still getting a "404 Not Found" in the browser after the redirect, correct?  Your desire is that the NGFW not redirect at all?

Thanks,

Tom

Hi @Alpalo ,

Have you tried disabling the portal login page in the GlobalProtect Portal configuration ?

Does it still show you the redirect after disabling it ?

Alternatively, you can try the tips that were discussed in this very old discussion on the exact same topic:

https://live.paloaltonetworks.com/t5/general-topics/how-to-disable-global-protect-portal-exposure-in...

If all else fails you might want to check with support and confirm if it's at all possible to not show the redirect.

A feature request might be in order in that case.

Kind regards,

-Kim.
